Our programme covers all things cultural and culinary, including the world’s finest prehistoric art, in the famous Lascaux caves. Market day in the perfectly preserved Renaissance city of Sarlat. We wander Perigeux’s cobbled streets, & explore beautiful Montpazier, the finest of Perigord’s medieval bastide towns.
Sipping the wines of Bergerac & Bordeaux, we tie up the apron strings & have fun together in the kitchen cooking up the beautiful local produce purchased from our market visits.
And, for those wanting to laze in the spring sunshine there is most definitely ‘down time’
This is very much a bespoke tour for 8 participants, providing you with genuinely personal attention and service, catering to the special needs of every guest, and and I look forward to sharing with you an altogether perfect 9 days, experiencing the enchanting qualities of rural life in this most special part of France .
